Grown from the success of our famous Chez Gérard brand Brasserie Gérard is a light, bright and informal concept that is the perfect place for our customers to experience the French tradition of all day dining in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.

The newest member of the Paramount family - iL Bertorelli - offers a vibrant and friendly dining experience with a taste of authentic Italy, true to the Bertorelli family traditions and passion for delivering great food since 1913.

Both concepts are based on the desire and passion to serve authentic, freshly made food to ensure we deliver great Guest experiences, on every occasion.

To help our new concepts grow successfully, we are looking for the right people to join our business to in turn nurture and develop their careers with us.
