Our General Managers are the ‘face’ of our restaurants, imprinting their personalities onto the business with a passion to ensure we deliver great food leading to great Guest experiences, on every occasion. This can only be done if the team share this passion, are motivated and well trained. Therefore we will expect you to lead, inspire and develop your people to deliver great service with energy and enthusiasm. Last, but by no means least, you must have a hungry appetite to grow sales and exceed performance targets, making sure we reach the highest standards as an absolute priority.
You will be critical in achieving our goal of serving the very best, freshly prepared, authentic food. We need you to have a strong passion to create great experiences through the food we serve so that our Guests return to us again and again. However, we look for something more than great cooking skills in our Head Chefs – we need people who are just as passionate about developing and leading a team to deliver the very best results.
Our restaurants do not reach their full potential unless our General Managers are properly supported. As one of our Assistant Managers we would rely on you to display the same levels of passion and commitment as your General Manager, helping them to deliver great Guest experiences, develop and inspire a team as well as grow sales. Our Assistant Managers are our General Managers of the future so we will do everything we can to grow your confidence and knowledge to achieve a restaurant of your own.
